Cancellation Policy

At Riverend Multitech Services, LLP, we value transparency and professionalism in all our client engagements. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which project cancellations or service terminations are handled.

1. Project Cancellation by Client
If a client chooses to cancel a service or project after confirmation:

Before Work Commences:
A full refund may be issued if the cancellation is made before any work has started, subject to any non-recoverable third-party fees (e.g., software licenses, domain purchases, etc.). -
After Work Has Started:
A partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed and resources allocated up to the cancellation date. A detailed breakdown will be shared. -
Non-Refundable Services:
Custom or digital services such as branding, design assets, development code, or strategy documents once delivered or partially executed are non-refundable.

2. Retainer-Based or Monthly Services
For ongoing services (e.g., digital marketing, website maintenance, social media management):

Cancellation requires a 15-day written notice via email to info@riverendmultitech.com.

Any services rendered during the notice period will be billed.

Prepaid monthly/quarterly fees are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Cancellations by Riverend Multitech Services, LLP
We reserve the right to cancel a project or service under circumstances such as:

Non-cooperation or breach of agreement by the client

Non-payment or repeated delay in payments

Unethical or unlawful requests from the client
In such cases, the client will be notified in writing, and a final invoice for completed work (if applicable) will be shared.

4. Refund Timeline
Any approved refund will be processed within 10–15 business days from the date of confirmation, via the original payment method or an agreed alternative.

5. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, technical failures, or government actions.
